- Chesapeake Capital Corp., Richmond, VA . . . a complete renovation of 12,000 square feet of space including design and construction of the interior office spaces and upgrade of mechanical systems, an interpretation of the Art Deco Style.

- Goochland County, VA . . . new construction of a 8,000 sq.ft. stone veneer, timber frame home, an interpretation of the Arts and Crafts style.

- Richmond, VA . . . alterations and addition to residence in the style of Frank Lloyd Wright.

- Tuckahoe Plantation, Goochland County, VA (circa 1723) . . . a renovation of the basement into family living quarters involved relocation and upgrading of all mechanical systems and a blending of the old and new with an eye to historic preservation.
